The Gasparilla Fisheries project is a planned mixed use development incorporating a number of waterfront improvements, designed following a neo-traditional fishing village theme. Waterfront improvements include fixed docks and ADA accessible piers, marginal seawall berths, and shore protections (i.e. rip rap). The major element of the project included the North Dock (110-ships), the East Dock (27 ships), Marginal Berths (10), South Dock (8 ships), and the Wharf Dock (40-ships). Approximately 1,800 LF of seawall between South Docks to the East Docks is required.
