The North Hudson Yacht Club is located in Bergen County, New Jersey, on the West bank of the Hudson River just south of the George Washington Bridge. The world class marina site which supports 19 luxury condominiums boasts of a 'five-star'' view of the Manhattan skyline. The marina will be 52-ships for 60-ft to 90-|ft vessels. Our services began with the detailed market analysis which examined trends on a national, regional and local level. We detailed a marina operations plant and determined the optimal ship mix for the target clientele. Engineering the floating dock system focused on developing a dock system which can withstand forces generated by wind, waves currents and winter ice loads. The design includes a floating wave attenuator in order to provide quiescent waders within the basin.
