Principle Design and Development has recently designed The Modern, a luxury highrise condominium with 360 degree views facing the Intracoastal Waterway.

There will be 84 residential units ranging from an opulent 4,200sf to 9,000 sf. In addition, site design includes functions of entry, parking, vertical circulations (stairs/elevator), commercial, and residential zones, roof options, building images and potential spaces to create a vibrant 6 star amenity package with spa.

The new design will include green space, pedestrian circulation, and water reclamation systems. The project includes site planning and a master plan for the new 420,000 sf facility. The scope of work includes complete construction documents, interior design, and construction management.
