The site incorporates (4) 9 story buildings which have been sited to take a maximum advantage of the water views. 8 stories of condos are elevated to provide parking below and an elevated deck for the community amenities. Each building has a private central courtyard providing light and views from a minimum of 2 sides of every unit. The buildings are sited in two groups and each pair shares a pool, spa fitness center and a multipurpose room. These amenities are located on an elevated deck over the parking garage connecting two building to each other.
