The project consists of a seven story condominium above parking along the Caloosahatchee River. The site is approximately 1.1 acres located in Fort Myers, Florida. The ground floor of the building is a parking garage. The building is symmetrical above the center access with two units on each side. Vertical circulation throughout the building is accomplished by two building "cores". Each core contains an elector, a stair, and space for mechanical and electrical. The scope of work also includes the design of an outdoor deck and pool area, as well as a "Tiki Hut" bar area.
