Kermit White, AIA LEED® AP
Principal Architect
Kermit White is a founding Principal of the firm. He is a LEED Certified, published, award winning AIA Architect with more than 20 years of design experience in South Florida. Kermit has extensive experience in Commercial, Multifamily, and High End Custom Residential design. Kermit has an excellent reputation of creating successful design solutions for some of the most challenging projects, including the design for "The Modern" and 26 story high rise in downtown West Palm Beach. This also included the implosion of the existing 30-story hurricane damaged existing building.
